At Rainbow Nursery we operate a key worker system to ensure a planned curriculum is tailored to meet the needs of each individual child. This is closely linked to parent/carer input to support the learning and development programme at home.

We employ staff of the highest quality and offer continual training programmes to enable them to provide the loving and highly professional care, which parents/carers have a right to expect for their children. All of our staff are CRB checked.

We maintain a high staff to child ratio; thus ensuring each and every child receives individual care and attention.
